What's the best way to contact CMS?
We recommend contacting us through either our QUOTE or CONTACT forms. Email is the quickest, most efficient avenue to receive an answer to your question.
What if your quote doesn't fit into my budget?
Let us know, and we'll determine the best way to cater a design package to fit your budget. We support the small businesses, first and foremost... hey, we know what it's like!
How quick can you get my website up and running?
This is solely determined on the ease of communication between us and the client; we typically estimate three to four weeks for the completion of a project, however this is always subject to change {we have been known to work as quickly as one week!}
Can I use my own hosting?
Of course; but we require the host to cover the three main WordPress requirements:
1. PHP 4.3 or greater
2. MySQL 4.0 or greater
3. The mod_rewrite Apache module

What is WordPress?
The bomb. But, seriously, WordPress is a super-powerful content management system, making it easy to manage and update your website without any HTML experience. If your'e familiar with Microsoft Word, you'll be able to edit all the pages on your website, and more! To learn more about WordPress, click here.
Can you use my pre-existing design material for our website?
Yes, we can, however we prefer not to. Working with pre-existing material puts a barrier at the start of our design process, and additional time costs may apply.
Can I use elements of my new website in future marketing material?
Unfortunately, no. If you do need any marketing material {business cards, banners, newsletters, etc...}, our studio can provide a package for you to best fit your needs.
Will you integrate my content into my website once it's completed?
Typically, content integration is left for the client to complete once the website is developed. For an additional cost you can add our CILLIAN RAIL service to your package, which offers either content integration or content writing for your website.
What if something goes wrong with my website?
We offer a standard 30-day warrenty on your website, to fix any of the bugs that may arrise after your website is live. Following this 30-day warrenty, please CONTACT US to report the problem, and we'll determine the best way to remedy it. If something goes awry with your shopping cart, please post your question on the GETSHOPPED forum, and one of their developers should be able to help.
Why all the green?
We love green, it's as simple as that. Around the studio we like to consider it green-yellow, opposed to yellow-green. The more official name for it would be CHARTREUSE-- and not only is it a color, but a LIQUEUR.
