Where are you based??

I’m based in Brew City, Wisconsin (a.k.a. Milwaukee).

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via Paypal).

Is my transaction secure?

All transactions are being processed via PayPal. PayPal protects your information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. How long will it take for my project to be completed?

This varies from project-to-project, as well as my current workload. A book cover usually takes around a month, whereas a website can take anywhere from 1 – 6 months, depending on the complexity. If you have a tight deadline to work with, please just let me know if your message to me. I am flexible with my schedules and can usually make it work.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital goods and the inability to physically “return,” as well as the customizations made for each project, Cardboard Monet has no refund policy.

What are your support hours?

I do my best to respond to support queries within 24 hours, with the exception of holidays and weekends. My support hours at 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, though sometimes you may see me active on email after hours. Please do not expect a response on weekends, holidays, or outside of the support hours.

How can I submit a support ticket?

I have a handy page for that. Support tickets are only needed for projects that have been handed off and deemed “completed,” otherwise you are more than welcome to send me a message in our existing email thread.
